  • We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
  • You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  • International orders may take 7–21 business days and may be delayed by customs.

Shipping Issues

  • Once your package is with the carrier, delays are out of our control.
  • If your tracking says “delivered” but you didn’t get it, contact the carrier first.
  • Make sure your shipping info is correct—we’re not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.
